INDEXES

Global investment products are structured and sold by financial institutions using our indexes and methodologies.

EAM Partners L.P. ("EAM"), founded in 2001, is a market leader in the research and development of futures-based indexes and methodologies that are based on economic and statistical theory. Our futures-based indexes and methodologies offer daily liquidity of underlying components, and have the potential to provide non-correlation and diversification to portfolios over long-term periods.

We believe that continued research and development based on statistical theory and quantitative methods are conducive to the development of superior indexes and methodologies. Our dedicated research and development team consists of quantitative analysts with a wide variety of backgrounds from NASA electrical engineers to mathematicians and computer scientists. Victor Sperandeo, known as "Trader Vic", is a founder of EAM and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer.

We license our indexes and methodologies to financial institutions and third-party asset managers who in-turn structure and sell investments products using our indexes and methodologies. There is currently over $3 billion in assets invested in third-party investment products using our indexes and methodologies.

In addition, since 2001 EAM has served as the general partner of various advisory subsidiaries that, in turn, provide portfolio management services for large institutions and certain other qualified investors. Clients have included Bear Stearns, HSBC, Nomura, Nikko, among others. Most recently, in 2014, we launched a new division, EAM Compliance Advisors, which provides futures industry compliance and consulting solutions to commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors.
